• In order to place a return request, please email support@kradylkroft.com with photos of the item and your order details within 48 hours of receiving the product for smooth return and refund. You will have 15 days to ensure that the product is returned to us for a return and refund.
• While we try our best to provide return pickup, in case the item is not available for return pickup, we will send you an address to courier it.
