My sister just had a baby, he is about 6 months old, he is very stable when he sleeps, although the pillow is soft, but enough support. On the whole, it is satisfactory.
It's a good quality memory foam, and has a slight downward curl to it that helps it stay planted on the sheets. The quality is top notch. I am giving this five stars.
